Levocetirizine is the active (levo) isomer of Cetirizine. It is a new highly effective and well-tolerated non-sedating antihistamine with potent antiallergic properties. It has a two-fold higher affinity for H1-receptors than Cetirizine. Levocetirizine has a rapid and long-lasting action, allowing once-a-day administration.

Allergic rhinitis, Allergic Asthma, Urticaria and Pruritus.

5 mg orally once a day in the evening.

Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis:
2 to 5 years: 1.25 mg orally once a day in the evening
6 to 11 years: 2.5 mg orally once a day in the evening
12 years or older: 5 mg orally once a day in the evening, some patients may be adequately controlled on 2.5mg once a day
Perennial Allergic Rhinitis and Urticaria:
6 months to 5 years: 1.25 mg orally once a day in the evening
6 to 11 years: 2.5 mg orally once a day in the evening
12 years or older: 5 mg orally once a day in the evening, some patients may be adequately controlled on 2.5 mg once a day

Allergic rhinitis, Bronchial Asthma. Montelukast + Levocetirizine is contraindicated in children less than six months of age.

Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis:
2 to 5 years: 2.5 ml orally once a day in the evening.
6 to 14 years: 5 ml orally once a day in the evening.
Perennial Allergic Rhinitis and Urticaria: 6 months to 5 years: 1.25mg orally once a day in the evening.
6 to 11 years: 2.5mg orally once a day in the evening.
12 years or Older: 5mg orally once a day in the evening, some patients may be adequately controlled on 2.5mg once a day.

Paracetamol is a fast acting and safe analgesic with marked antipyretic property. It is specially suitable for patients who, for any reason, cannot tolerate aspirin or other analgesics.
Phenylephrine is a selective α1-adrenergic receptor agonist of the phenethylamine class used primarily as a decongestant, as an agent to dilate the pupil, and to increase blood pressure.
The presence of Caffeine increases the effectiveness of Paracetamol.
Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body.

Common cold, flu, allergies, or other breathing illnesses (such as sinusitis, bronchitis), stuffy nose and ear congestion symptoms.

1 tablet 4 times a day.
