Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal agent with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Its mode of action is largely based on inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. ACIFEN-P is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclooxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. It also stimulates cartilage matrix (glycosaminoglycans) synthesis. Paracetamol is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic.

Aceclofenac Paracetamol Tablet is used for Toothache, Fever, Joint pain, Cold, Rheumatoid arthritis, Headache and other conditions.

1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening. Max: 2 tablets/day.

Topical diclofenac diethylamine (DDEA) 1.16% gel is an NSAID that is clinically proven to be effective and well tolerated in acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Applied topically, diclofenac penetrates the skin barrier to reach joints, muscles and synovial fluid.

NO PAIN GEL is indicated for the fast relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with:
1. Joint Pain 2. Back pain 3. Arthritis 4. Neck pain & Shoulder pain 5. Sprains 6. Strains

Only for topical use.
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: apply on affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.
Children under 12 years of age: use on advice of a doctor.

Nimesulide is a relatively COX-2 selective, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgesic and antipyretic properties.

For the treatment of acute pain, the symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis, mild to moderate pain, Migraine, Tendinitis and primary dysmenorrhoea in adolescents and adults above 12 years old.

The usual dose is 100mg twice a day.

Ibuprofen is the first of the propionic acid derivatives. It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug which has both analgesic and antipyretic effect. Paracetamol is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic.

usual recommended adult oral dose is 1 Tablet 3 - 4 times per day, preferably after food.

Paracetamol is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic. Tramadol is a centrally acting synthetic opioid analgesic. Although its mode of action is not completely understood, from animal tests, at least two complementary mechanisms appear applicable: binding of parent and M1 metabolite to m-opioid receptors and weak inhibition of reuptake of nor-epinephrine and serotonin. As some other opioid analgesics, Tramadol has been shown to inhibit reuptake of nor-epinephrine and serotonin in vitro. These mechanisms may contribute independently to the overall analgesic profile of Tramadol.

TRA-P tablet is indicated for the management of moderate to moderately severe pain in adults. TRA-P tablet is also indicated for the short-term (five days or less) management of acute pain.

For the management of moderate to moderately severe pain, the recommended dose is 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain relief up to a maximum of 8 tablets per day.
In case of short-term (five days or less) management of acute pain, the recommended dose is 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain relief up to a maximum of 8 tablets per day.

Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. It acts as a competitive GABAA receptor antagonist and also glycine receptor antagonist with similar potency and nicotinic acetylcholine receptors to a much lesser extent.
