Iron (III) Hydroxide Polymaltose complex is a water soluble iron oxide, macromolecular complex of poly nuclear iron (III) hydroxide and partially hydrolyzed dextrin (polymaltose).

For the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anaemia.

Infant (upto 1 year): Manifest iron deficiency: 10-20 drops daily (0.5-1 ml), latent iron deficiency: 6-10 drops daily (0.3-0.5 ml) & prophylactic therapy: 2-4 drops daily.
Children (1-12 years): Manifest iron deficiency: 20-40 drops daily (1-2 ml), latent iron deficiency: 10-20 drops daily (0.5-1 ml) & prophylactic therapy: 4-6 drops daily.

Ferrous ascorbate is a synthetic form of iron and vitamin C. Iron is recycled by the body and produce erythroid precursor cells.

Treatment of latent iron deficiency and iron deficiency anaemia including macrocytic anaemia,nutritional anaemia of infants, anaemia due to excessive haemorrhage and anaemia associated with infections and malignant disease.
• Prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anaemia before, during and after pregnancy and during lactation.
• For prophylactic therapy of iron deficiency to cover the recommended daily dietary allowances (RDA).

1 Tablet 1 - 2 time a day for an hour before the use of food

Each box contains 10 Alu-Alu blister strips of 10 tablets each
